2.3.1

Low Temperature

Following the completion of the -20±3℃ testing for a duration of 96 hours, the switch must be left untouched for one hour while being exposed to normal room temperature and humidity conditions. Within one hour of the switch being left to stand, measurements must be taken, ensuring that any water droplets are removed beforehand. It is essential to note that the content generated must be similar to the original text while using different sentence structures and phrasing.

(4)Operating characteristic:

One important aspect to consider when evaluating operating characteristics is the variety that can arise when measurements fall within a range of ±10% of the specified value. 2.3.2

High Temperature

Once subjected to a temperature of 70±2℃ for a period of 96 hours, the switch must be left to acclimate to normal room temperature and humidity conditions for a minimum of 1 hour before any measurement is conducted within the same hour.

2.3.3

Steady Damp-heat

Upon conducting a 96-hour test under temperature of 40±2℃ and relative humidity of 90-95%, the switch must be left to stand under normal room temperature and humidity conditions for 1 hour. After such time, measurements should be taken within an hour while ensuring all water droplets have been removed. It is imperative to observe these procedures to ensure accurate results and prevent potential hazards.

2.3.4

Change of

temperature

After 5 cycles of following conditions the switch shall be allowed to   stand under normal room temperature and humidity condition for 1h, and then   measurement shall be made within 1 h. water drops shall be removed.

2.3.5

Salt mist

he switch  shall be checked after following test:

1)    Temperature: 35℃±2℃

2)    Salt solution : 5±1%(solids by mass)

1)       Time: 24±1 hour

After test,salt deposit shall be removed by   running water.

 


 

2.4 DURABILITY


  2.4.1

 

 Life Test

An actuator   shall be with a thrust of no great than 1 times switch power to 3,000 cycles.

At a speed of   30 cycles for 1 minutes.
